• This is a family membership which covers 2 adults per household and minor childern.
• Membership is $20 if you receive the newsletter via email.
• Membership is $30 if you receive the newsletter via US mail.
• Sorry, but you cannot sign up on-line. We need your signature on the waver.
• Please fill out the membership form, print it, sign the waver, and then mail it to the address listed at the bottom of the form, along with your check.

If you have family members who are paddlers, you may want to complete the optional family members survey.

If the Membership Form does not open in your browser, right click on the link and choose Save Target As or Save Link As. Then open and print the form from the location where you saved it on your computer's hard drive.
